1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the website, participation in the activities of "Eco-Forest Plus" NGO, and the conditions for paying membership fees.
1.2. "Eco-Forest Plus" is a non-governmental organization registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. It coordinates environmental initiatives aimed at improving the ecological situation in Ukraine and abroad.
1.3. The organization may accept members from different countries around the world.
2. Membership
2.1. To participate in the organization's projects, users must register on the website and pay the appropriate membership fee.
2.2. The membership fee is not a donation or investment, but a contribution that grants the status of a member, allowing participation in initiatives, events, decision-making processes, etc., as defined by the organization’s statute.
2.3. Membership status may be revoked in case of violation of these Terms or the ethical standards of the organization.
3. Payments
3.1. Membership fees can be paid through international payment systems (including Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency, if available).
3.2. All transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment service providers and may include additional fees.
3.3. All payments are non-refundable, except in cases expressly provided by the organization’s refund policy or applicable law.
4. Website Use
4.1. The user agrees not to use the website for spreading harmful content, engaging in illegal activities, or performing actions that could damage the reputation of "Eco-Forest Plus".
4.2. All content on the website (texts, logos, images, graphics, etc.) is the intellectual property of "Eco-Forest Plus" and may not be used without written consent.
5. Liability
5.1. The organization is not responsible for technical errors, service interruptions, or issues arising from the operation of third-party platforms or payment systems.
5.2. The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
6. Jurisdiction
6.1. All legal relations are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
6.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ukraine.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. All membership fees paid through the "Eco-Forest Plus" website are non-refundable, as they enable participation in the organization’s activities and support environmental initiatives.
7.2. Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:
technical error during the transaction (e.g., duplicate payment);
mistaken payment made from the wrong user account;
proven fraudulent payment based on an official investigation.
7.3. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Users must contact the organization by email within 14 calendar days from the date of payment and provide transaction confirmation and relevant details.
7.4. The organization will decide on the refund within 10 business days after receiving all necessary information.
7.5. Refunds are issued using the original payment method (where possible), or another method agreed upon individually.
8. Rules of Participation in Projects
8.1. Participation in the projects of "Eco-Forest Plus" NGO is available only to registered users who have paid the relevant membership fee.
8.2. Each participant agrees to:
act in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, environmental ethics, and applicable laws;
respect other participants and refrain from discrimination, hostility, or hate speech;
follow safety regulations (for offline activities) and instructions provided by the organizers.
8.3. "Eco-Forest Plus" NGO reserves the right to:
restrict or suspend a person’s participation in projects in the event of rule violations or inappropriate behavior;
deny participation without refund of the membership fee if a participant’s behavior poses a threat to others or contradicts the organization’s values;
change the format, timing, or conditions of project implementation in response to external circumstances (such as weather, safety concerns, or force majeure situations).
8.4. Some projects may require additional registration or agreement to specific participation terms.
