NGO “Eco-Forest Plus”

1. Admission to Membership

1.1. Membership in "Eco-Forest Plus" NGO is open to adult citizens of Ukraine and other countries who support the mission and principles of the organization.

1.2. To become a member, an individual must:

complete the registration form on the website or submit a written application;

agree to the Statute of the organization and these Rules;

make a membership contribution in any voluntary amount via one of the available payment systems.

1.3. The amount of the membership fee is not fixed and is determined voluntarily by the applicant. The contribution serves as confirmation of the person’s intention to participate in the organization’s initiatives.

1.4. Upon completion of these steps, the applicant receives official membership status with the rights and responsibilities outlined in the Statute.

2. Rights and Responsibilities of Members

2.1. Each member has the right to:

participate in events, projects, general meetings, and voting processes;

propose initiatives related to the organization’s activities;

receive information on the use of funds and the implementation of projects.

2.2. Each member undertakes to:

comply with the Statute and decisions of the governing bodies;

act responsibly and in accordance with ecological values;

refrain from actions that could damage the organization’s reputation.

3. Termination of Membership

3.1. Membership may be terminated:

voluntarily, by submitting a written request;

by decision of the Board, in the following cases:

repeated violation of internal rules or ethical norms;

actions that harm the reputation of the NGO;

submission of false information during admission;

disruptive or aggressive behavior within the community.

3.2. Membership contributions are non-refundable in the event of termination.

3.3. A former member may apply for re-admission no earlier than 6 months after being removed from the organization.
